Conditions of use:  
Operate at an ambient temperature of 0-30°C and relative humidity below 65%. Design the inoculation room according to the required daily inoculum amount, and carry out operations under clean and sterile conditions.   

Operating procedure:

1.  When the equipment is used for the first time (or after a period of not being used), perform internal fumigation with an aerosol disinfectant for at least 30 minutes.  
   
2. Before daily use, first turn on the sterilization lamp for 10-20 minutes, then turn on the fan for 5 minutes. Under positive pressure, open the equipment door and spray parts that come into contact with the culture, such as the inner wall, culture material cylinder, crushing blade disk, and feed guide rod, with 75% medical alcohol to disinfect.  
   
3. After 10 minutes of disinfection, you can perform the inoculation according to sterile operation procedures. The crushing blade disk is curtain-shaped, which can fling the culture in fragments, minimizing damage to the culture and thus increasing its survival rate. Turn clockwise to remove the disk.
