Materials:

• Fermentation tank connector: Brass + silicone, inner diameter 7mm
• Silicone tubing: Silicone, inner diameter 8mm, wall thickness 2.5mm, kink-resistant
• Peristaltic pump tubing: Silicone, model S79H, approx. 200-hour service life with silicone lubricant
• Inoculation gun: Brass + stainless steel + silicone, inner diameter 6.29mm

Sterilization Method:

• Fermentation tank inoculation head: Wrap with 2 layers of medical-grade breathable bags or 2 layers of 12×24×5-mil polypropylene gusseted spawn bags; seal with 3M sterilization indicator tape.
• Inoculation gun: Wrap the nozzle with 2 layers of medical-grade breathable bags or 2 layers of 18×36×5-mil polypropylene gusseted spawn bags; seal with 3M sterilization indicator tape.
• Silicone tubing + peristaltic pump tubing: No special packaging required — simply coil and straighten before use.
• Sterilization parameters: 121°C for 30 minutes.
